Shipping Policy
We ship FedEx, UPS and USPS depending on service and availability. Each order is generally processed within 48 hours and shipping typically requires 2-5 business days depending on location.
Return Policy
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not, please request a refund by email via team@ultraimmune.com and let us know why you are not satisfied. We would ask though that you use the product for at least one month before contacting us. If it is flavor related, try mixing Ultra Immune with your favorite juice or beverage. Our goal is for you to experience the difference.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Neither Ultra Immune nor our parent company, Riavare, sells, markets or provides your information to third parties (other than those required by law or necessary to complete your order).
